Audit & Assurance Manager – Bilingual Arabic

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to lead audit engagements, manage audit teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISA and UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete audit and assurance engagements, developing audit strategies, risk assessments and detailed audit programs.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers and documentation to ensure high‑quality delivery and compliance with International Standards on Auditing.
• Identify financial and operational risks, evaluate internal controls and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Supervise, coach and review the work of audit team members, managing budgets, deadlines and overall audit quality.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, presentations and client meetings, and identify opportunities for additional services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent is preferred.
• 7–10 years of audit experience, preferably with a UAE or GCC professional services firm, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Strong client‑management, leadership, analytical and communication skills.
