About the role
We are seeking a fully qualified CA, ACCA or CPA to join our Dubai International Financial Centre team as an Audit Senior. You will lead external and internal audit engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery within agreed timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Execute audit engagements and complete audit files on schedule.
- Assist in planning audits, including budgeting, staffing, and participation in planning meetings.
- Coordinate each audit from planning through completion, maintaining required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their staff.
- Delegate tasks to junior team members, provide on‑the‑job training, and deliver constructive feedback.
Required profile
- CA, ACCA or CPA (or equivalent) qualification.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- 4‑5 years of external audit experience with a mid‑tier or Big 4 firm in the UAE.
- In‑depth knowledge of IFRS.
- Strong client‑facing skills and ability to act as an extension of the client.
- Team‑player attitude with a ‘can‑do’ mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning and technical development.
