About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic UAE nationals with a high school diploma to join our showroom team as Automotive Sales Associates. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover the right vehicle for their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle requirements.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and available options.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and guide them through the selection process.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives.
- Follow up with prospects to support sales conversion.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
- Support the sales team in achieving individual and showroom targets.
- Keep accurate customer and sales records.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of customer service experience.
- Good understanding of automobiles through training or work experience.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Dynamic, proactive and detail‑oriented personality.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
