AVP – Interchange & Pricing (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead Interchange and Pricing strategy for our Merchant Acquiring business in Dubai. The role will drive revenue performance, commercial excellence and operational efficiency across SME and enterprise merchant segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategy, market segmentation and channel mix to optimise merchant acquisition cost and lifetime value.
• Partner with sales leadership to design operating models, performance metrics and incentive structures, and enhance sales enablement.
• Build and manage dashboards for sign‑ups, volume growth, retention and profitability, using data to forecast merchant behaviour.
• Lead bundling, discounting and volume‑based pricing initiatives to improve profitability and cost‑to‑serve.
• Streamline merchant onboarding, contracting and activation processes, and oversee CRM and workflow automation adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial, GTM or revenue strategy roles within payments or merchant acquiring.
• Proven track record in pricing, commercial modelling and managing merchant acquiring portfolios.
