About the role

We are seeking an energetic Azeri‑speaking professional to join XM’s Client Relations team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to prospective and existing clients in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Activate new client leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Handle client inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring a high level of service.
• Conduct personal client analysis and take appropriate actions.
• Promote XM’s products and services and communicate the latest promotions and terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company procedures.
• Provide suggestions for system enhancements and support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve targeted results.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Experience handling clients in the financial services sector is a plus.
• Fluent Azeri with excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable, integrity‑driven and strong interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, target‑oriented and able to multitask.
