B2B Sales Account Manager - IT Infrastructure & Security Solutions

About the role

Diversified is looking for a B2B Sales Account Manager to sell IT infrastructure, AMC services and ELV/security solutions to SME and enterprise customers across the UAE. The role suits a consultative seller with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and experience selling to corporate buyers, who manages the full sales cycle, builds relationships with IT managers and procurement teams and achieves sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B leads in assigned territories.
• Present the product and service portfolio to IT managers and procurement teams.
• Prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations and follow procurement cycles.
• Manage account relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware supply, projects and AMC agreements.
• Work with technical teams to scope solutions and ensure smooth handover after sale.
• Maintain the CRM with accurate pipeline data and forecasts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of sales experience in B2B technology, system integration or IT distribution.
• Proven track record of closing projects with IT decision makers.
• Experience selling AMC, networking, servers or security solutions preferred.
• Comfortable with field sales and business travel across the UAE.
• Arabic is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
