Banquet Waiter (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Banquet Waiter will support banquet service at The Abu Dhabi EDITION, ensuring guests receive high‑quality food and beverage experiences. The role requires Arabic language skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations according to the Banquet Event Order.
• Set up tables, action stations, buffets, dessert and cordial carts.
• Communicate dietary needs, allergies and special requests to the kitchen.
• Clear courses, crumb tables, and maintain tableware presentation.
• Replenish buffet items to keep presentation fresh and consistent.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned stations.
• Bus tables, separating and removing tableware, plateware, glassware and flatware.
• Follow company safety policies, report incidents and maintain professional appearance.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests sincerely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related banquet or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unaided.
