Barback – Dynamic Hospitality Support Role

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Barback to join our fast‑paced, high‑volume bar team in Dubai. You will support bartenders and servers, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Stock, organize and maintain all bar supplies, equipment and inventory daily.
• Prepare and set up bar stations according to outlet standards before service.
• Assist guests with beverage inquiries, menu items and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest‑facing and back‑of‑house bar areas throughout service.
• Monitor inventory levels, alert management to stock needs and handle cash and payment transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Previous barback or hospitality experience is highly valued.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk and lift items weighing 30+ pounds.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in cash handling and basic point‑of‑sale systems.
• Strong knowledge of beverage offerings, cocktail preparations and health‑safety regulations.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and multitasking abilities.
