About the role
The Food District is looking for three enthusiastic Baristas to work in its fast‑paced café in Dubai. You will prepare high‑quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, professional service to every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and other drinks according to established quality and beverage standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized coffee station and overall work area.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service to create a memorable guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow food‑safety, hygiene and beverage‑preparation protocols.
Required profile
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork and customer‑service orientation.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow.
Required skills
- Knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage preparation.
- Familiarity with café hygiene and food‑safety standards.
- Cash handling and basic point‑of‑sale operation.
