About the role
Naumi Hotels is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join its hospitality team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting front‑office operations throughout the stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional assistance during their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns while ensuring high service standards.
- Support front‑office operations and maintain smooth daily hotel activities.
- Manage guest information and updates using hotel systems such as OPERA Cloud.
- Coordinate with internal departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of guest service or front‑office experience.
- Hands‑on experience with OPERA Cloud.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
- Currently based in Dubai or able to relocate to Dubai.
