About the role
The Barista will deliver high‑quality beverage service in a luxury resort environment, ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service and adherence to brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary bar area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing shifts, including checklist completion and cash handling.
- Support new associate training and provide coaching as needed.
- Manage equipment maintenance, including coffee machines and bar tools.
Required profile
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high‑volume periods.
- Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to assist colleagues on the floor.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and high service standards.
Required skills
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
- Understanding of health, safety and sanitation procedures.
