Barista – Specialty Coffee Role in Montenegro

About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting passionate baristas for a client café in Montenegro, Europe. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop a hospitality career while serving high‑quality specialty coffee in a vibrant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, teas and other beverages to company standards.
• Operate, clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders and related café equipment.
• Take orders accurately, process payments and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining area.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment and follow health‑safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve guest inquiries.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or barista training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume café or coffee shop.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong teamwork.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Specialty coffee preparation.
• Espresso machine operation.
• Grinder handling.
• Milk texturing and latte art.
• Knowledge of brewing methods.
