About the role

Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Bartender, delivering exceptional beverage service in a luxury hospitality environment. You will uphold Anantara’s high standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests according to Anantara food and beverage standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Set up the bar at opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
• Process drink orders efficiently, manage billing, and ensure accurate drink counts.
• Prepare cocktails following the Anantara Resorts & Spas beverage manual with precise measurements.
• Check liquor deliveries against requisitions and report discrepancies.
• Maintain security in the bar area and remain on duty until properly relieved.
• Assist with cleaning duties such as mopping floors, clearing bottles, and maintaining bar stations.

Required profile

• Demonstrates professional hospitality and a genuine passion for guest service.
• Shows pride in personal appearance, work area cleanliness, and overall service quality.
• Adheres to Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and seeks continuous improvement.
• Capable of managing bar security and staying on the floor until relieved.

Required skills

• Proficiency in cocktail preparation using standard measures.
• Ability to set up and maintain a fully stocked bar, including inventory checks.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in a beverage service environment.
