About the role
We are looking for a dynamic bartender to create memorable and unique guest experiences at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The role goes beyond mixing drinks – you will act as a host, anticipate guest needs, and ensure the bar operates flawlessly.
Key responsibilities
- Stay on top of new trends, micro‑local offerings, and evolving guest preferences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑functioning bar environment while handling cash and providing accurate information to guests.
- Build relationships with hotel teams and the local community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 lb, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant bartending or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
