About the role
The St. Regis Downtown Dubai is seeking a Bartender who will create memorable, unique beverage experiences for guests while embodying the brand’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks while staying current on new trends and micro‑local offerings.
- Act as the host of the bar area, ensuring flawless operation, guest service, and safe workplace practices.
- Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant bartending experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and move objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
Required skills
- Knowledge of beverage trends and guest service expectations.
- Attention to detail in drink preparation, cash handling, and information delivery.
