About the role
LaFamiglia Dubai is hiring a bartender to join its bar team and help create a warm, elegant guest experience. The role suits a hospitality professional who can deliver consistent quality and speed during busy service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident command of English.
- Professional presentation, attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and Italian aperitivo culture.
- Ability to maintain consistency, quality and speed during busy service.
- Good understanding of bar hygiene, stock control and waste management.
