About the role

The company is looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to grow its B2B client base in the recruitment industry. The role covers business development, supplier and portal registrations, and office administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Support business development by sending introduction emails and following up with contacts
  • Handle leading supplier and portal registrations
  • Reception and office administration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present and promote lighting solutions tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
