About the role
The company is looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to grow its B2B client base in the recruitment industry. The role covers business development, supplier and portal registrations, and office administration.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Support business development by sending introduction emails and following up with contacts
- Handle leading supplier and portal registrations
- Reception and office administration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Present and promote lighting solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
