Beauty Therapist & Laser Technician

About the role

The American Hospital Dubai is seeking a qualified Beauty Therapist and Laser Technician to join its aesthetic clinic. You will assess clients' skin conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and safely deliver a range of laser and non‑laser aesthetic procedures while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin screenings and assessments to determine client needs and medical histories.
• Develop and explain personalized treatment plans, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser procedures.
• Operate laser equipment for hair removal and skin rejuvenation in compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) protocols.
• Maintain a clean, hazard‑free treatment environment and follow laser safety procedures.
• Document client records accurately, manage appointment schedules, and assist with inventory control.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty and laser technologies and attend relevant training sessions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in beauty therapy or laser aesthetics.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) standards.
• Ability to follow DHA protocols and obtain informed consent.
