Behavioural Tutor – ABA Therapist for Children

About the role

We are a dedicated centre in Abu Dhabi that supports children with autism and other developmental disabilities through behavioural and educational interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are looking for motivated Behavioural Tutors to provide one‑to‑one ABA therapy for children aged 2‑17 years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA procedures under the guidance of senior therapists.
• Accurately record and track client treatment data and progress.
• Participate in intensive training and ongoing supervision.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent therapeutic approaches.

Required profile

• A degree or formal training in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest or experience working with children or young adults with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills with a good command of English.
