About the role
The Bell Attendant – Concierge provides a warm, efficient first impression for guests at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina. Working closely with the Guest Experience team, you will assist with luggage, transportation, and local information to ensure a seamless stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and delivery to rooms.
- Coordinate bell‑hop services, including transportation of guest belongings and equipment.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Maintain accurate logs of guest requests, deliveries, and incident reports.
- Ensure the lobby and service areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
