Bell Captain – Guest Services

About the role

The Bell Captain is the first point of contact for guests arriving at Bulgari Hotel & Resort, Dubai. You will manage check‑ins, key issuance, and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter Marriott Rewards data, ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and balance receipts at shift start and end.
• Compile daily reports, cashier and closing logs, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Provide guests with property information, directions and respond to service requests by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Notify loss prevention of any theft reports and follow accounting and security procedures.
• Support team training, coaching and uphold the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication skills in clear, courteous English.
• Willingness to follow safety, quality and company policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems and basic computer operations.
