Bellman - Hotel Guest Service

About the role

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is looking for a Bellman to give guests a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience. The role covers assisting guests with luggage, transportation and general requests while delivering the high service standards of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out and room changes.
• Escort guests to their rooms and give basic information about hotel facilities and services.
• Handle and store guest luggage safely and accurately.
• Arrange taxis and other transportation when needed.
• Deliver guest items, messages and parcels promptly.
• Keep the entrance, lobby and luggage storage areas clean and organised.
• Inform guests about facilities, restaurants, local attractions and transport.
• Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Handle guest requests and concerns courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow safety, security and confidentiality procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bellman or in a guest-facing hotel role is preferred.
• Friendly, energetic and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle guest luggage safely.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of Dubai and local attractions is an advantage.
