About the role
The QE2, a floating hotel and lifestyle destination celebrating its British maritime heritage, is looking for a Bellman in Dubai. The hotel offers 447 distinctive rooms and exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Assist guests with their luggage and keep the luggage room and long-term luggage store neat and orderly.
- Maintain VIP, group and individual arrival reports.
- Attend to inquiries and give guests accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with key control policies and manage guest safe deposit boxes.
- Monitor the daily status of the hotel and work with reservation, sales and housekeeping to keep guest satisfaction high.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Hospitality background preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Opera.
- Ability to focus on guest needs while staying calm and courteous.
