About the role

The QE2, a floating hotel and lifestyle destination celebrating its British maritime heritage, is looking for a Bellman in Dubai. The hotel offers 447 distinctive rooms and exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests.
Assist guests with their luggage and keep the luggage room and long-term luggage store neat and orderly.
Maintain VIP, group and individual arrival reports.
Attend to inquiries and give guests accurate information.
Ensure compliance with key control policies and manage guest safe deposit boxes.
Monitor the daily status of the hotel and work with reservation, sales and housekeeping to keep guest satisfaction high.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Hospitality background preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency in Opera.
Ability to focus on guest needs while staying calm and courteous.
