Bilingual Business Sales Manager – Construction

About the role

Plus Prime Building Contracting LLC, known as "Building Doctors", specialises in diagnosing and treating structural issues in civil engineering projects, such as leak repair, concrete repair, waterproofing and façade rehabilitation. It is hiring a bilingual Business Development Engineer in Dubai, UAE, for a full-time, on-site, client-facing role focused on developing new business, building client relationships and expanding its market presence. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up opportunities through the complete sales cycle and close business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key decision-makers
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and technical discussions
• Build and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver successful client outcomes
• Represent Plus Prime professionally in the UAE market

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Chemical, Construction or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years of proven UAE experience in business development or sales
• Experience in construction chemicals, concrete repair, structural strengthening, refurbishment or construction systems
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE construction market

What we offer

• Gross package of AED 15-20K per month plus performance-based incentives
