Bilingual Copywriter / Content Writer

About the role

The Bilingual Copywriter / Content Writer creates high‑quality Arabic and English content to support marketing and communications across the organisation’s programmes, campaigns, events and channels. The role demands a versatile writer who can turn briefs and complex information into clear, audience‑focused copy while preserving brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, headlines, taglines, key messages and calls‑to‑action for various campaigns.
• Write Arabic and English copy for social media, websites, email, advertising, brochures, presentations, events and other marketing collateral.
• Adapt style and tone to suit different brands, audiences and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject‑matter experts and creative teams to gather information and ensure copy aligns with overall strategy.
• Research, edit and proofread content to guarantee accuracy, clarity and cultural relevance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Arabic, English or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting or content‑writing experience with a strong bilingual portfolio.
• Experience in agency, government, education, corporate or multi‑brand environments is desirable.
• Understanding of UAE/GCC audiences and cultural context.

Required skills

• Excellent Arabic and English writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Strong creative writing, storytelling and marketing copywriting skills.
• Ability to translate complex subjects into accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with content development, collaboration and productivity tools, including responsible use of AI‑assisted tools.
