Bilingual Social Media Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress, testing their logic, and creating new conversational scenarios to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and assess their responses.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, performance, and logical consistency.
• Conduct real‑time conversations with bots in Arabic and English to gauge progress.
• Write novel dialogue scripts that teach bots appropriate responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
