About the role
We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect/Draftsman to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on concept design for high‑rise, residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects, requiring immediate availability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for a variety of building types.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to produce accurate concept designs.
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings and Revit families to support project development.
- Ensure compliance with local UAE regulations and project standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide BIM‑related technical input.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of BIM/ drafting experience within the UAE market.
- Immediate availability to start on projects.
- Proven experience on high‑rise, residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use developments.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong CAD drafting abilities.
