BIM Architect / Draftsman – UAE (5+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Architect / Draftsman to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will work on concept design for high‑rise, residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects, translating architectural ideas into detailed BIM models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for concept‑stage projects across various sectors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to ensure design intent is accurately captured.
• Produce construction drawings and documentation using Revit and CAD tools.
• Participate in design reviews and coordinate model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Immediate availability and currently residing in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of high‑rise, residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use project typologies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality BIM deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD for drafting.
• Solid knowledge of BIM processes and standards.
