BIM Modeling Analyst

About the role

Parsons is seeking a BIM Modeling Analyst to support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Teams in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining 3D/2D models, ensuring compliance with project standards, and facilitating coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D/2D dimensional models for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentations according to LOD requirements.
• Extract models for clash analysis, schedule review, quantity take‑off and constructability studies.
• Coordinate model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines and ensure all deliverables meet quality and BIM standards.
• Prepare engineering drawings, 2D geometry extracts, and BIM package submissions in line with project protocols.
• Conduct clash detection, visual walkthroughs and support constructability analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM modeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of low and medium voltage cable layout preparations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
