Brand Trainer – Freelander

About the role

The Brand Trainer – Freelander will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for all Freelander sales staff across showrooms. Working closely with the Compliance & Training Manager, the role ensures that sales teams have the knowledge and skills needed to provide a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop a brand‑specific training curriculum.
• Adapt principal‑provided manuals into customised training materials.
• Deliver brand induction, product knowledge, sales policies, customer service standards and system training.
• Liaise with the Customer Experience & Interaction Center to gather CVP and NPS feedback and translate insights into training actions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on training progress and effectiveness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation, product specifications and comparison sheets.
• Support audits and contribute to corrective policies to ensure compliance with brand and principal requirements.
• Monitor industry L&D trends and recommend improvements to the training function.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with a qualification in Training or HR.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of training planning, design, delivery and administration.
