Budget Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Budget Analyst to support revenue and expenditure accounting, ensure compliance with federal policies, and prepare technical reports on accounting accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review best practices in budget preparation and propose accounting standards in line with federal requirements.
• Ensure implementation of approved financial policies and procedures.
• Audit and review final accounts and periodic financial performance indicators according to Ministry of Finance guidelines.
• Analyze feasibility study results for strategic projects and suggest alternatives aligned with government directives.
• Audit budget transfer procedures and summarize financial outcomes across organizational units.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Financial Management with at least 1 year experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years experience, or Diploma with at least 12 years experience.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA, FRM, CTP, or related qualifications are advantageous.
