Bus Driver for Hotel Guest Transportation

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Bus Driver to transport hotel staff and guests between their accommodation and the hotel. The role is based in Dubai and supports the daily operations of an Accor‑affiliated property.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off colleagues and guests safely and courteously.
• Operate, fuel and perform minor maintenance on the bus.
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and logbook records.
• Report incidents, accidents and trip details to the Transportation/Employee Services Manager.
• Handle passenger complaints professionally and ensure service standards are met.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B and other hotel departments.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and follow operational manuals.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school certificate.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment or UAE driving.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Familiarity with Dubai roads, landmarks and local traffic regulations.
