About the role
Amazon's Supply Chain team is seeking a talented, innovative Business Analyst to manage capacity operations for the AMET region (Africa, Middle East & Turkey). The role involves handling complex, multi‑team projects and delivering data‑driven insights to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Write ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms and perform data analysis.
- Use advanced MS Excel skills to aggregate data from multiple sources into actionable formats.
- Analyze business problems, identify root causes, and propose forward‑looking opportunities.
- Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support sustainable business processes.
- Communicate complex analyses and insights to stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Required skills
- SQL/ETL query development.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Python, Tableau.
