Business Development Associate in Dubai

About the role

AQR Capital Management is seeking a Business Development Associate to join its EMEA Business Development team in Dubai. The role supports senior team members in building and deepening relationships with institutional investors across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to senior Business Development members to build and deepen investor relationships.
• Develop and maintain AQR product knowledge and update marketing materials, including white papers and webinars.
• Prepare and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposal, Due Diligence questionnaires, and investor inquiries.
• Coordinate client meetings, conference calls, and act as central contact for sustainability projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Science, Quantitative, or Engineering; MBA/Master’s a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, investment management, or consulting.
• High intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, detail‑oriented and self‑starter.
