Business Development Executive – Digital Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join a leading digital advertising agency in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and supporting the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, clients, and partners.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, programmatic and performance marketing.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and media teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the UAE.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and report on sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of proven business development or sales experience in digital advertising or marketing agencies.
• Established network of contacts in Dubai/UAE is a strong advantage.
• Results‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
