Business Development Executive – Fire Protection (Arabic & French)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth of fire protection and fire safety solutions in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires fluency in Arabic and French and a strong technical background to engage with clients and promote our portfolio of fire safety products. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, translating technical requirements into viable solutions and ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations. This position reports to the Business Development Manager and works closely with the engineering department.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire protection and fire safety.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, coordinating follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field.
• Fluent in both Arabic and French, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Interest and basic knowledge of fire safety systems and fire protection products.
