Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive fluent in Chinese and Russian to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth in target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chinese- and Russian-speaking markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and existing customers.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Promote the company's services and achieve business development targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and successful business development.

Required profile

• Fluency in Chinese or Russian (required).
• Good command of English for internal communication and business correspondence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a similar role (advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking abilities and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet business development targets.
• Residency in the UAE is preferred.
