About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new business opportunities for a leading logistics provider, building a pipeline of leads and fostering relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, qualify leads and prepare proposals.
  • Participate in client meetings to present logistics solutions and manage key accounts.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Track performance metrics and work towards meeting sales targets.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in logistics, courier or cargo services, preferably in a business development or sales role.
  • Strong new‑business development, lead generation and account management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for client engagement and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and travel locally for client visits.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
