About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive new business opportunities for a leading logistics provider, building a pipeline of leads and fostering relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research, qualify leads and prepare proposals.
- Participate in client meetings to present logistics solutions and manage key accounts.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Track performance metrics and work towards meeting sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in logistics, courier or cargo services, preferably in a business development or sales role.
- Strong new‑business development, lead generation and account management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and internal collaboration.
- Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and travel locally for client visits.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM tools.
