About the role
EchoNova AI is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Dubai. The role opens doors and builds relationships with banks, government entities and large enterprises, bringing the company's voice AI solutions into their operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify opportunities in target sectors across the UAE and GCC
- Run first meetings and live demos with senior decision makers
- Prepare proposals and support commercial negotiations
- Work closely with product and technical teams to match client needs to what is delivered
- Track the pipeline and report on progress, market trends and client feedback
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven B2B business development experience, ideally in technology, AI, SaaS or telecom in the GCC
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and handling objections
- Strong organisation, managing several opportunities at once and meeting targets
