Business Development Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base across Abu Dhabi’s government, public and private sectors. The role focuses on securing large IT services, consulting and digital transformation deals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and acquire new clients across Abu Dhabi.
• Originate, develop and close strategic technology opportunities and large‑scale deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision‑makers.
• Lead complex sales cycles, negotiations and contract closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to craft compelling client propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales or consulting within the technology sector.
• Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE markets with an established senior‑level network.
• Proven ability to originate and close large, complex IT services, consulting or digital transformation deals.
• Extensive experience engaging CXO‑level stakeholders and navigating multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
