Strategic Engagement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Engagement Executive to drive business development and build strong customer relationships in the UAE. The role focuses on outbound sales, demand generation, and converting qualified leads into clients for Great Place to Work certifications and Best Workplaces™ lists.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients across the UAE through outbound prospecting, market intelligence, and outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct discovery conversations, qualify leads, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, CEOs, and senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute demand‑generation campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports, share market feedback, and support Sales and Marketing teams with daily operational tasks.
• Develop target‑account plans, map decision‑makers, and pursue growth opportunities in priority sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting and engaging senior stakeholders.
• High professionalism, resilience, growth mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating regionally.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in outbound prospecting tools and LinkedIn outreach.
