Business Development Manager – Attractions & Tours (MEA)

About the role

Trip.com Group’s Attractions & Tours team is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its presence across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with attractions, tours and activity suppliers, ensuring high‑quality content and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new attractions and activities suppliers and manage existing supplier accounts across the MEA region.
• Identify high‑potential prospects, educate suppliers on Trip.com platform features and match them with suitable product solutions.
• Maintain accurate attraction content, rates, availability and product listings to deliver value to customers.
• Inform suppliers about ongoing campaigns and secure strong promotional coverage.
• Explore on‑site destination promotions and local distribution opportunities.
• Conduct regional market research and analysis on competitors, pricing, suppliers and products.
• Provide actionable market insights to support product localisation and global sales direction.
• Perform additional tasks as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Valid work permit/visa for the UAE.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in OTA tours & tickets, revenue/yield management, or e‑commerce.
• Existing network with tourism boards, airlines, affiliate partners or travel influencers is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, fast learner.
• Dynamic, positive, able to manage stress and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
