Business Development Manager (B2B) – Premium Gifting

About the role

The company, a highly respected premium brand, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its corporate and institutional gifting portfolio across the Emirates. This field‑based, client‑facing position focuses on opening new doors, building long‑term partnerships, and delivering high‑value gifting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new B2B accounts across corporates, government entities and large institutional buyers.
• Sell and promote premium corporate gifting solutions, including high‑end nuts, chocolates and luxury carpets.
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product, pricing and delivery for a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Strong, proven B2B sales background with measurable wins (new accounts and growth).
• Experience in premium gifting or luxury FMCG environments (e.g., chocolates, nuts, corporate gifting).
• Arabic speaker preferred; bilingual Arabic/English strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with a field‑based, client‑facing schedule and motivated by a mission‑driven organization.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic and English (bilingual preferred).
