Business Development Manager – Ceramics

About the role

Arteco Ceramics LLC, a distributor of porcelain ceramic tiles, slabs, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles serving the UAE, GCC and the Middle East, is hiring a full-time on-site Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role drives sales growth by working with architects, designers and contractors, and includes managing the outdoor sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain client relationships
• Develop strategic partnerships
• Promote the product portfolio by specifying and re-specifying with architects, designers and contractors
• Manage the outdoor sales team
• Represent the company at design events and exhibitions

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in the building materials or construction industry
• Knowledge of porcelain ceramic tiles, slabs, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Only candidates with experience in ceramics, porcelain, marble, sanitary ware, kitchens, furniture or similar
