Business Development Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our e‑commerce business across B2B pet products, B2B stationery products and FMCG divisions. The role combines strategy, marketplace management and team leadership to drive revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies, annual plans, budgets and KPIs to achieve revenue and market‑expansion targets.
• Manage and grow online sales on Amazon, Noon and other marketplaces, optimizing listings, pricing, promotions and advertising.
• Drive sales growth across all divisions, build customer relationships and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, support new product launches and evaluate campaign ROI.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Lead, motivate and develop the e‑commerce and business development team, setting performance targets and fostering a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of e‑commerce business development or online sales experience with proven profit‑driving results.
• Hands‑on experience managing Amazon, Noon and other major e‑commerce marketplaces.
• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
