Business Development Manager – Energy & LNG (Dubai)

About the role

Our client, a leading player in the hard‑commodity sector, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive commercial expansion across India from their Dubai office. The role focuses on LNG and energy‑infrastructure opportunities, requiring strong relationships with government bodies, IPPs and industrial buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential LNG buyers, regasification operators, IPPs and industrial offtake partners in target regions.
• Represent the company at industry events, state‑level meetings and business forums.
• Develop local market intelligence, monitor regulatory frameworks and track LNG‑related developments.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks and follow‑up communications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in energy markets, preferably LNG or natural gas.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or government liaison.
• Deep understanding of energy infrastructure and market entry strategy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy or related fields.
