Business Development Manager GCC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, distributor development, and revenue growth across the GCC. The role requires deep GCC market knowledge, proven distributor management experience, and the ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet GCC sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, customers, distributors, dealers, and strategic opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen distributor and channel partnerships across the GCC.
• Onboard new distributors, set targets and monitor performance against sales objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and trends.
• Lead commercial negotiations with distributors, customers and business partners.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market updates and business development plans for management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to execute commercial plans.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Travel across GCC markets to manage accounts, distributors and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of managing distributors and channel partners across the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of GCC markets and regional business practices.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the GCC.
